Preschool Thanksgiving books help kids learn to give thanks
I love Thanksgiving. It has forever been my favorite holiday for the simplest of reasons. I love honoring the people and things I’m grateful for, and I love a special night with family.
Now that I have kids of my own, it has been extra special. There is something powerful about teaching children to model an attitude of gratitude, something wondrous in watching them list the things they are thankful for.
Many parents have asked how to instill gratitude in children, and aside from modeling it themselves, I always say to use books as a starting point.
